In these Terms and Conditions “we” and “us” refers to Sambag Pty Ltd As Trustee For the Sam Cooney Family Trust Trading as Sambag ABN 69 890 689 554, the Website Owner, and “you” refers to you the customer or site visitor.

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.sambag.com.au. These Terms and Conditions together with your order, constitute the entire contract between us and you for the supply of products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The contract may not be altered unless agreed to by us in writing or via email.

From time to time we may change the Terms and Conditions on www.sambag.com.au. Please make sure you have read our Terms and Conditions at the time of purchase. Please direct all enquiries for Online Purchases to online@sambag.com.au. Please allow at least 1-2 days for us to respond to your enquiry.

Terms are subject to change.

Free shipping applies to purchases over $200. Please note free shipping is valid for Australian delivery addresses only. Free shipping is for standard delivery only. Due to promotions we may experience a backlog of orders. We appreciate your patience whilst we endeavour to process and deliver your order as soon as possible. Please note express and 3h shipping is not valid during promotional periods.

You may return your Sambag purchase for refund, exchange or credit note if it is in compliance with our returns policy. For more information regarding returns, please see our Returns page. 

Any discounted item, including product markdowns or purchases processed using a promotional discount code, are not eligible for refund unless faulty. Exchanges or credit notes can be facilitated for returns of discounted items. 

Discount codes are limited to one per order and are not redeemable for cash. Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively. 

Black Friday Cyber Monday 2023

The Black Friday Cyber Monday Sale will run from 7:00am 21/11/23 (AEDT) through to 11:59pm 27/11/23 (AEDT). The applicable code must be used during checkout for the discount to apply. Discount can not be applied retrospectively to any past orders. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Purchases made using the applicable code are eligible for return due to change of mind for credit note or exchange only (no refunds). 

 

Item Availability

Because stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

Address Details need to be made in Full

Any re-delivery or re-stocking charges caused by incomplete or incorrect address details being entered into checkout which result in the driver not being able to identify a premises and therefore non-delivery of goods will be incurred by the customer.

Prices

GST

On all Australian orders, Sambag Online prices are inclusive of the 10% GST charge on purchases. On International Orders, no Australian GST is charged.

Currency

All prices shown are in Australian Dollars. All goods will be charged in AUD RRP.

Colours

Please note that colours of products will sometimes vary depending on the quality and make of the computer monitors they are being viewed on.

Order Acceptance

Once order placement has occurred, you are engaged in a contract that sees you unconditionally accept the prices and descriptions of the items you have ordered. Once an order has been placed with Sambag Online, you will receive an email confirmation of payment. This email does not promote acceptance of the order, it is simply a confirmation that we have received it.

Unless an order is cancelled by you - the buyer. Order acceptance does not occur until Sambag has emailed you informing you that your order has been dispatched. Once this has occurred, the sale contract has concluded. If we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or in the case where we may suspect fraudulent use of credit card – we reserve the right not to accept your order. We also reserve the right to not accept your order if certain shipping restrictions apply for the area of delivery, or if the item ordered is out or stock or withdrawn from sale for any particular reason.

Payment Information

Payment can be made using Zip Pay ( Australia only) Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal (one word). Payment will be processed as soon as your order has been submitted. In the event that your order cannot be filled – a refund for the full purchase amount will be processed immediately. By placing an order online you are confirming that the credit card you are using belongs to you. All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation checks by the card issuer. This is especially relevant for overseas orders.

All credit card transactions on Sambag Online are processed using Secure Pay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts data obtained from customers using Ingrian Devices to provide the highest level of protection available. Ingrian devices provide tamper-resistant protection of cryptographic keys to ensure encrypted data is kept private and secure.
