What is your returns policy?
- Oh no! We’re so sorry you didn’t love your Sambag piece!
- All returns requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- All full priced items are eligible for a full refund. Please note that your original shipping charges are not refunded.
- Any marked down items are eligible for an exchange or an online credit note.
- We STRICTLY do not refund marked down items.
How do I make a return/exchange?

- Our customer service team will respond to your email, provide a returns form and all the instructions you will need to complete your return or exchange.
How long does it take to process a return?
- Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What happens if I’ve provided the wrong shipping address or ordered something accidentally?
- We pack our orders very quickly, so please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 hours if you wish to edit, cancel or change your order. We’ll try our best to catch your order before it’s shipped!
