Delivery & Returns
Sambag offers free shipping on all orders over $200.
If your order total is less than $200, you will be charged $10 (non-refundable) for standard shipping (3-7 business days).
If you would like to ensure that your order arrives the following day, you can opt for an Express option at a cost of $15 (1-2 days business days)
Worldwide Express Shipping
Sambag offers free worldwide express shipping on all orders over $300.
If your order total is less than $300, you will be charged $20 (non-refundable) for standard shipping
When estimating the delivery time of your goods please consider the following:
- Order processing will not commence until credit card authorisation and address verification has occurred.
- Orders which are placed after midday will not be downloaded into the system for processing until the next day and therefore will not be actioned until the following day.
- Please allow at least 1-2 business days handling time before your order is dispatched. Where possible we will try to process orders for shipment on the same day of purchase, but this will vary depending on the quantity of orders at any given time.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery for WA and NT customers.
- In the case of an incomplete delivery, shipping will only be charged for the first delivery.
- Orders which are placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will not be processed until the next business day at the earliest. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW Public Holidays.
- Please note when completing your order form to include a valid Street Number, Suburb, Post Code and Phone Number. Orders cannot be processed without this information, and Sambag will not be held responsible for any delays incurred because of this missing data. If redelivery is needed, the customer is liable to pay for an additional redelivery fee of $10.
- Please be sure to provide an address that will be attended when delivery occurs. Sambag uses a service that requires a signature on delivery. In the event you are not present to sign, your parcel will be redirected to your nearest post office. In the best interest and safety of your order, please consider sending your parcel to a location that is occupied between the working hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Worldwide Express Deliveries
Worldwide Express Shipping costs $20. Free shipping offers apply to international orders over $300. International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once you have received your dispatch confirmation email detailing your consignment note number, you can track your parcel online, through Austpost. DHL is used to send our parcels overseas. If you would like to track your international order please go to http://www.dhl.com.au/en/express/tracking.html and plug in the waybill number from your consignment note.
Sale and Promotion Delivery
Please note that during sale periods we are unable to change or update delivery addresses. Please ensure details are correct during checkout. Express Shipping and are not available during sale periods. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery during sale periods.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Sambag we will happily provide an exchange or refund for items purchased online that are deemed unsuitable where the intention to return the item has been emailed to email@example.com no longer than 7 days after the date of delivery. Please allow 24 hours for Online Customer Service to respond with approval. The online department will email you the intent to return form. When approved, the item/s must then be forwarded to Sambag by registered mail. Items must be returned with the intent to return form completed and enclosed. Failure to do so can result in delays. It is our Company Policy that under no circumstances are customers allowed onto our warehouse premises. For any exchanges or returns, product must be posted back to Head Office at the customer’s expense.
Sambag reserves the right to refuse any requests for exchanges or refunds after this 7 day period. Please note that credit card refunds can take up to 10 working days to process and clear once items have been returned. Any refunds processed will NOT include a refund of the postage fee, only the amount of the item purchased. In the event of a faulty item, once the product has been received back at Head Office within 6 weeks of purchase and deemed a manufacturer’s fault, and not attributable to wear and tear, we will refund the postage amount incurred if you include a receipt with the product. If an item is returned outside this time period, unfortunately Sambag cannot take responsibility
For returns to be facilitated all items must be in a new and unused condition with all tags attached. Under no circumstances will we accept items without their tags. Shoes must be returned with all original packaging including undamaged boxes. We are unable to accept returns without boxes or with scratched or marked soles. Please allow approximately 1 week from the day you return your goods to process the return.
Items exchanged will be exchanged at the retail price that was effective on the date of the original transaction. Online merchandise may be exchanged for a credit note only. A credit note will be issued once return has been approved by Sambag. This credit note is redeemable for 6 months after issue on our online store.
Please choose carefully as we STRICTLY are unable to offer refund or exchanges for incorrect choice. Whilst we endeavour to fulfill all orders, please note THAT some styles, sizes or colours may not be available at the time of dispatch. If an item is not available you will be refunded for the item. Please allow up to five working days for processing. We appreciate your understanding during this busy period.

You are not automatically entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or you later discover that you picked the wrong colour or the item doesn't fit..
Please note refunds and exchanges are not accepted on swimwear, sunglasses and jewellery due to health regulations.
Please note that if a parcel returns to us as 'UNCLAIMED' for 7 days after our customer service representative has first contacted you, you will receive a credit note. Unclaimed or rejected parcels do not qualify for a refund.
