Pricing for delivery is as follow;

Orders within Australia over $200 - Free Shipping

Orders within Australia under $200 - $15 Delivery Fee

New Zealand: $35

Rest of World: $45

Please note if you do not see your country of residence as a shipping option on Sambag Online please enquire to online@sambag.com.au to see if we can arrange delivery to your area.

Delivery Information

When estimating the delivery time of your goods please consider the following;

• Order processing will not commence until credit card authorisation and address verification has occurred.

• Orders which are placed after midday will not be downloaded into the system for processing until the next day. Therefore unless you place your order before 12pm, it will not be actioned until the following day.

• Please allow at least 1-2days handling time before your order is dispatched. Where possible we will try to process orders for shipment on the same day of purchase, but this will vary depending on the quantity of orders at any given time.

• In the case of incomplete delivery, shipping will only be charged for the first delivery.

• Orders which are placed over the Weekend or on a Public Holiday will not be processed until the next business day, at the earliest. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW Public Holidays.

• Please note when completing your order form to include a valid Street Number, Suburb, Post Code and Phone Number. Orders cannot be processed without this information, and Sambag will not be held responsible for any delays incurred because of this missing data.

• Please be sure to provide an address THAT will be attended when delivery occurs. Sambag uses a courier service to deliver our products – but in the event of the shipping address being unattended, Sambag reserves the right to leave the parcel at the delivery address without requiring signature. In the best interest and safety of your order – please consider sending your parcel to a location that is occupied between the working hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

• If your order does not arrive more than two days after dispatch confirmation email is sent, please contact us at online@sambag.com.au

International Orders

International orders placed with Sambag Online will not incur any Australian GST taxes on any products. However, please be aware that when making an overseas purchase, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on the parcel upon delivery to your country of residence.

• If you are purchasing from Sambag Online from any country other than Australia, longer delivery estimation applies. For orders to New Zealand, please allow at least 1 week from confirmation dispatch email for your order to arrive. For orders being delivered to anywhere other than Australia or New Zealand please allow at least two weeks in order to receive your parcel.

Tracking your order

Once you have received your dispatch confirmation email detailing your consignment note number, you can track your parcel online.

Toll Ipec Priority is used to send orders within Australia. If you would like to track your parcel please go to https://online.toll.com.au/trackandtrace/index.jsp and plug in your consignment note number.

Royale Asia International Couriers are used to send our parcels overseas. If you would like to track your international order please go to http://tracking.parcelperfect.com/3364.3364.3364 and plug in the HAWB number from your consignment note.

Returns and Exchanges

At Sambag we will happily exchange or refund you for items unsuitable where intention to return item has been emailed to online@sambag.com.au, no longer than 7 days after date of delivery. Before returning goods please send us an email to online@sambag.com.au describing the problem or reason for return. We will then email you with the return address. When approved, the item/s must then be forwarded to Sambag by registered mail.

Please allow at least 1-2 weeks from the date of return for either a refund to be processed, or your new stock to be sent out. In the event of a refund or exchange you, the customer, are responsible for the shipping and handling charges associated with returns (unless the product is deemed faulty). Sambag will not, however, charge any additional shipping on exchanges.

Full refunds are only available on Full Price items. Where a sale item has been purchased, customers are welcome to exchange but not refund this item. Exchange of sale goods – must only be in exchange for other sale items. All returned goods must be received first before Sambag can process/approve any exchanges or refunds.

Please note: Refunds and exchanges are not accepted on swimwear and jewelry due to health regulations.

Please also note that purchases online cannot be exchanged at any of our Sambag Boutiques. The Sambag Online store is a separate entity to our Sambag Boutiques.

It is our Company Policy that under no circumstances are customers allowed onto our warehouse premises. For any exchanges or returns, product must be posted back to Head Office at the customer’s expense.

In the event of a faulty item, once the product has been received back at Head Office and deemed a manufacturers fault, and not attributable to wear and tear, we will refund the postage amount incurred if you include a receipt with the product.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is in perfect condition, fit for resale, and sent along with original email invoice. Any returns must be sent in new and unused condition – with all packaging, boxes and tags attached.
