Casual Sales Professional - Brisbane
If you are passionate about sales, have impeccable personal style, and would love to work in a high fashion environment we may have an opportunity for you! We are seeking Casual Sales Professional to join us in opening our new Brisbane store in April 2012.

Your individual flair for fashion and styling along with a positive, customer focused attitude will see you thrive in this role. Previous experience in a fashion retail environment will be highly regarded, but energy and enthusiasm are essential!
As a Casual Sales Professional with Sambag you must be customer focused and enjoy working within a sales driven team. You will be challenged and supported on a daily basis by a strong and focused management team determined to see you succeed. The successful candidates must be flexible with their availability and ideally can work most weekends and weekdays.

Store Manager - Brisbane
Sambag is an Australian brand that is committed to providing our customers with an incomparable shopping experience consistent with the quality of our product and design.
Sambag require a committed and talented individual with the motivation and desire to excel in all aspects of management, customer service and selling, to join us in opening our new Brisbane store in April 2012.
Previous experience in retail management is necessary. As the Store Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of running the store, including maintaining customer service standards, achieving KPI's of sales, wages and shrinkage targets, and the training and development of staff.
You will be required to:
- Manage and develop your team
- Lead by example on the floor, styling and selling to our customers
- Achieve monthly budgeted sales
- Merchandise, store and replenish stock
- Manage rosters, wages and shrinkage
- Maintain store presentation
- Help recruit, induct and train staff when required
- Complete weekly & monthly store administration tasks
To be considered, you must have:
- Previous recent and relevant store management experience
- Strong people management and people development skills
- Impeccable personal style and a flair for styling from head to toe!
- A passion for our product

Sambag is able to offer internships and work experience in our Sydney Head Office, perfect for people looking to establish a career in fashion and particularly useful if you are undertaking a related degree or diploma. Our work experience placements can be flexible to suit and are unpaid. Work experience at Sambag can gain valuable insight into PR & marketing, online marketing, and merchandising.
